Many people delay tasks because the task triggers discomfort. Calendar blocks help, but they do not remove dread, fear of being wrong, or boredom.
Try replacing dramatic self-talk with operational language. Instead of saying, “I have to finish this whole report,” say, “I need to draft the first three findings.” Smaller language creates smaller resistance.
When the emotional barrier drops, the practical plan becomes easier to follow.
