Open with the business context, state the main conclusion, and explain why it matters now.<\/p>\n<p>The strongest summaries use four blocks: situation, insight, consequence, and recommendation. This prevents the common problem of summarizing details without making the meaning clear.<\/p>\n<p>Before sending, remove background that does not change the decision. Keep numbers, deadlines, ownership, risk, and tradeoffs.
